24Another parable he put before them, saying, "The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field."25But while the men were sleeping, his enemy came and sowed tares in the midst of the wheat and went away.26But when the grass sprouted and produced fruit, then the weeds also appeared.27But when they came, the slaves of the master of the house said to him, "Lord, did you not sow good seed in your field? Then where do the weeds come from?"28But he said to them, "An enemy man did this." The servants said to him, "Do you want us, then, to go and gather them?"29But he says, "No, lest while gathering the tares you root them out along with the wheat."30Let both grow together until the harvest. And in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, "Gather the tares first and bind them into bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn."
